Under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 County Councils and Unitary Authorities became Lead Local Flood Authorities (LLFAs) and have responsibilities regarding flood risk management.
We have an extensive knowledge of the legislation and requirements for being an LLFA, and can undertake the following services on behalf of other local authorities and their customers:
