David Coleman is a consultant supporting public sector clients and local communities. David is a chartered town planner and after extensive experience working in both the public and private sectors in a range of senior roles and a wide variety of capacities, he founded DAC Planning in 2016.
He has closely supported the production of Local Plans, including Arun Council, Maldon District Council and Epping Forest District Council. David has also led a team to create fresh guidance for local authorities to support Local Plan production and review in the form of a Local Plan Route Mapper and Toolkit with the Planning Advisory Service.
