Paulette McAllister is a designer and historic environment expert supporting the public and private sectors. Her longstanding role with local government in the UK involves acting as an external consultee for the management and assessment of statutory listed buildings, conservation areas and urban design projects. Her technical areas of expertise focus on the specialist area of Conservation led Regeneration and the long term conservation and reuse of Historic Buildings, ensuring through a clear understanding of place and heritage, that schemes and buildings are well designed and developed constructively.
Paulette has over 25 years’ experience and has run her specialist private practice for over ten years, she has a strong track record in place-making and urban design, including concepts and strategies for new settlements and urban extensions.
