Tim Parton is a consultant supporting public sector clients and local communities. He is a chartered town planner with extensive experience working in both planning policy and development management roles for local planning authorities and county councils in the UK and abroad.
Tim worked for Maldon District Council and Essex County Council before joining DAC Planning. He is particularly experienced in the production of Infrastructure Delivery Plans, CIL charging schedules and Neighbourhood Plans, as well as supporting the production of Local Plans.
