Emily joined Place Services in January 2022 after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Horticulture from Writtle University College.
Since joining Place Services, Emily has been involved in a number of projects. These include assisting carrying out veteran tree surveys and making management recommendations, highways tree management and carrying out health and safety surveys for a number of departments within Essex County Council, including Essex Property and Facilities, Country parks and Schools. She has also been heavily involved in providing support to a number of Local Authority clients, providing advice in relation to TPO and TCA applications as well as reviewing and determining planning applications.
Emily is currently continuing to develop her knowledge and skills within the industry and is looking to start a Level 4 qualification in arboriculture soon.
