Marcin Krzewicki


Marcin joined Place Services as an Assistant Built Heritage Consultant in January 2024. In this role, he provides heritage advice to local planning authorities and supports the built heritage team with project work delivery. With experience in archaeology, conservation, and construction, Marcin has worked on a wide range of historic buildings and monuments. His background in the private sector includes managing and assessing conservation, repair, and development of historic buildings. He has also conducted building recordings, prepared detailed heritage documentation, and undertaken historical research.

Marcin holds an MSc in Conservation of Historic Buildings from the University of Bath and a BSc in Conservation of Objects in Museums and Archaeology from Cardiff University. His academic background, combined with his practical experience, enables him to approach heritage conservation with a comprehensive and sustainable perspective, ensuring the preservation and respect of historic buildings and their contexts.
