Olivia has 2 years’ experience as a professional ecologist, having previously worked for Ground Control Ltd’s ecology team where she gained well-rounded experience in surveying and reporting of habitats as well a range of species including bats, GCN, reptiles and badger across small to medium sized infrastructure, commercial and residential schemes.

Olivia has a particular interest in biodiversity net gain and is knowledgeable on the legislation, requirements etc. She has previously been involved in producing habitat management and monitoring plans, carrying out associated metric calculations and in the monitoring of habitat banks.

She also has a developing interest in amphibian ecology and surveying, and currently volunteers for the Essex Amphibian and Reptile group.
