Teresa has over 10 years’ professional experience, working on the Historic Environment Record and providing historic environment planning advice to local authorities for development proposals and strategic plan making. She has a strong background in archaeological and geoarchaeological fieldwork.
Teresa also has experience of developing and delivering a wide range of projects for Place Services clients, primarily relating to prehistoric archaeology, which she has a particularly interest in. These have included Aggregate Levy Sustainability Fund projects, Historic Environment Characterisation and Geoarchaeological Characterisation.
Teresa’s skills include provision of specialist geoarchaeological advice especially with regard to potential Palaeolithic sites, including the writing of specialist briefs, interpretation of results and site visits. In addition she has built up considerable GIS technical skills, as well as planning advice, documentary and cartographic research, and characterisation.
